Missionary Potte met Jesus in 1999 at the ADDI in Kourou in French Guiana, in 2011 he decided to leave Guyana and go to Marseille and stayed there serving at the ADDI church, transmitting the word through facebook. At this time, Pastor Gilmar Xavier went to church events around Europe, and at one of these events, on the occasion of the anniversary of the church of ADDI Marseille and also the inauguration of the church in Carnoux with a broadcast to Francophone Africa, Potte remembers that he was in the cafeteria on a Sunday morning and Pastor Gilmar went to talk to him, calling him: "man of God I see your work" and asked him if he was ready to go on a mission, Potte promptly replied that yes, he was ready; and Pastor Gilmar said to him: "so get ready". This was on Sunday morning, and that same day at the evening service, Potte and his wife were introduced as missionaries to be sent to the city of Toulouse.

Returning to Guyana, Pastor Gilmar began to prepare for Potte and his family to go to Toulouse, but he saw an urgency in the city of Nantes and spoke again with Potte if he was ready to change direction and go serve in Nantes, as there were an urgent need and they needed to go where God was showing there was a need; once again Potte replied yes, and that he was ready to go wherever he was sent. They started to prepare everything for this move to the city of Nantes, they filed a file to find a place to live, they prayed for God to act, but 8 months passed and they hadn't found any house, they weren't getting any place to live in Nantes, but they did not give up and God spoke through his wife saying: "I am the one who walks in front of you", Potte then stood up believing this word and said: "let's go to Nantes"! Pastor Daniel de Freitas called for news and Potte said that they hadn't found a house yet, but that on July 5, 2019 they would be in Nantes regardless of anything. Potte called the owner of the house where they lived saying they were moving out, even though he didn't know where they were going to live in Nantes, but he was believing in the word that God said he would walk in front of them, and when they arrived in Nantes he still had nowhere to sleep with his wife Francine and their 4 children.

They arrived in Nantes, Potte parked the car and told his family: "this place is our home now", and in less than two hours God gave them a fully furnished apartment, there was even coffee for them to drink, without making any calls, but God opened this miraculous door, and 14 days later, God gave them something even better, a well large so that he could live comfortably with his family. And so, since 2019, Potte has run the ADDI church in Nantes with his wife and children. God blessed them with a new room and they held an inauguration service there in April 2022.
